Cycle Length Determination:

At this point, enough information has been created to compute a cycle length that would accommodate all movements at a specified degree of saturation for the critical movements on each phase. The computations require a user specified cycle length range. For this example we will specify a range of 60 to 120 seconds. The table on the accompanying page indicates that the selected cycle length was 60 seconds for this example.
