Using the method to calculate FFS based on BFFS as shown in Chapter 23, our FFS is projected to be 55.5 mph, which is very close to what the data shows us in Exhibit 4-8.

Now we need to revisit Exhibit 4-11 and see that the next thing to do is to calculate the peak 15-minute flow rate.
